How to export your shipping data
Shopify
Settings → Shipping and delivery → Manage rates
Or: Orders → Export → All orders → CSV
We need: order date, shipping method, carrier, tracking, destination zip, weight, shipping cost.
ShipStation
Shipments tab → Filter by date range → Export CSV
We need: ship date, carrier, service, zone, weight, dimensions, cost, surcharges.
UPS / FedEx portal
Billing Center → Download invoices → CSV format
We need: invoice detail (not summary). Each shipment as a separate row with tracking, zone, weight, and all charges.
